Joined Murray Conservatorium in 2012 and retired in 2020.
Ian has come out of retirement to teach cello during Term 4 2023.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Education with studies in music and has taught music in Secondary Schools in Melbourne.
He studied cello with John Kennedy and Henry Wenig.
