Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Arts (First Year – Melbourne University), 8th Grade Flute, Cert IV Teaching Adult and Continuing Education (Queen’s University, Belfast). Suzuki Teacher Training (not yet complete). Regular professional learning.
Genres include Classical and Celtic. Jenny’s teaching philosophy entails facilitating a holistic musical journey tailored to each student. This is achieved by engaging multiple pedagogical methodologies, encouraging regular performances and participation in ensemble opportunities.
Jenny joined the Conservatorium in 2011 and filled the role of General Manager for 8 years before accepting the CEO role. As CEO of Murray Conservatorium and practicing visual artist, Jenny has 20 years of experience as both an entrepreneur and also as a creator across art forms.
